Admission Procedure for Pravara Institute Of Medical Sciences
The eligible candidate can register for the college Seats. They are not reserved on the basis of the caste system for people like SC/ST/BC etc. It’s all on the merit basis. The admission procedure for MBBS and BDS are overlooked by DGHS.
Candidates have to appear in NEET-UG to take admission in MBBS and BDS courses. And candidates should have to appear in NEET-PG for taking admission in MD and MS courses.
Admission procedure for the college is done on the basis of the entrance exam NEET. The candidates need to secure qualifying marks in the exam. The candidates securing qualifying marks are further advised to follow the procedure of counselling as per the norms of the University

Eligibility Criteria criteria for MBBS in Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences Ahmednagar
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 with an aggregate of at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology together.
- Students must also have passed in English in the qualifying examination.
As per the Indian Medical Council Act – 1956, as amended in 2016 & Dentist Act – 1984 as amended in 2016, online applications are invited for NEET UG – 2023.
The exam will be conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for admission MBBS/BDS Courses in India approved by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
AIMS & JIPMER Pondicherry are only two exceptions from NEET UG, as they are established through the Act of Parliament of India.
Admission to all seats of MBBS/BDS courses will be done through National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023.
