Arunachal Pradesh NEET UG Counselling Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS admission. It must be noted that ineligible candidates will not be considered for admission to Arunachal Pradesh NEET 2024.

  • Age: The age criteria for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2024 admission is a minimum of 17 years. The age limit should be reached by December 31, 2024.
  • Academic qualification: To apply for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS admission 2024, applicants must pass class 12. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology must be core subjects.
  • Domicile: Only Arunachal Pradesh domicile candidates are eligible to apply for Arunachal Pradesh NEET admission. The following factors will determine the domicile eligibility.
  • Candidates who have been residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the past three years are eligible. They must have studied class 12 from a school situated in the state.
  • Children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST), Non-APST employees of the State/Central Government/PSUs serving in Arunachal Pradesh are eligible.
  • NEET 2024: Only candidates who qualify for the NEET exam 2024 by securing the required minimum cutoff will be eligible. They will qualify for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS admission 2024. Check the category-wise NEET-UG cutoff below.

AP NEET Counselling Registration Fees

Interested candidates who wish to join in the online counseling process must pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee as outlined below:

Counselling Process for PCB Group Seats for Arunachal Pradesh based on Merit In NEET 2024. This section lets you get detailed information about the Arunachal Pradesh Counselling process step-by-step. Let’s have a look.

Step 1:

  • Visit www.apdhte.nic.in and fill out the Google form to know your inter-se merit position amongst the candidates of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • A temporary interest merit position shall be published in the official around 2024. The data submitted in the Google form will be used for this position.
  • The final online registration link will be published in the same portal after receiving the official NEET 2024 result. Other activities will also be published in the portal after receiving the results.

Step 2:

  • The Information Brochure for Counseling for PCB Group Courses 2024 shall be published on www.apdhte.nic.in. Download and read the same carefully. Note the schedule/important dates of different activities available therein. The program will contain the following, amongst others:
  • Start and last date of registration.
  • Publication of final inter-se merit position
  • Start and last date of Choice filling
  • Date of 1st round of Online Counselling
  • Start and end date of reporting at DHTE and Medical Education for nomination.
  • Date of 2ndround of Online Counselling
  • Start and end date of reporting at DHTE and Medical Education for nomination.
  • Register online and upload the required documents once the dates are finalised and published. After registration, keep track of your application. For any query raised against the information of documents submitted online, log into the same portal.
  • Keep visiting the Website for other information.
  • Provide your correct and working Mobile No. And e-mail address, as all communication, shall be made through these electronic means only.

How to Apply Arunachal Pradesh NEET Counselling 2024

  • Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website (https://dme.arunachalpradesh.gov.in/). 
  • Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
  • Step 3 (Personal Information): After successfully registering and activating the account, candidates must fill in their personal information. Make sure all the information is correct while filling out the application form.
  • Step 4: (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport-size photograph. Ensure the photograph has a high contrast. The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date. The candidate should also upload their full signature in Hindi and English. The signatures should not be in capital letters. They should upload these signatures after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step 5: (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information. They need to fill it in on the computer screen. Then, they should click the “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fees): After filling in all the required details, candidates must proceed with the payment. The counselling Fees will not be refunded.
    There are the following two modes for payment of the Counselling Fees:
  • a. Payment by Bank Challan: If the candidate wants to pay the Counseling Fees through Bank Challan, they should select the offline option. They may also choose the NEFT Challan option. This option appears on the computer screen. They should download the Challan and get the print. By visiting any Bank up to the scheduled last date, the Counseling Fees may be paid through NEFT mode.
  • b. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay the Counselling Fees through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they should select an online option from the payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment.”
    Should be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing charge additional to the Counselling Fees for payment through the online mode.
  • c. Counselling Fees: Application & Counseling Fees is Rs. 3540/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for OC/BC categories and Rs.2950/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for SC/ST categories.

Documents Required for AP NEET Counselling 2024

Candidates are advised to keep the following documents (in original along with 03 (Three) sets of self-attested photocopies) for submission whenever asked for:

  • Photograph
  • Class X pass certificate for age verification
  • Class XII mark sheet/ pass certificate.
  • NEET 2024 ScoreCard
  • PWD certificate (if applicable)
  • Security Deposit / Seat acceptance fee receipt.
  • School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Certificate to ascertain the category of the candidate i.e.
  • APST Certificate for Cat.-I
  • Employment Certificate from respective employers or Domicile Certificate issued during 2024 by First Class Magistrate during 2024 for Cat.-II.
