Uttar Pradesh NEET 2021 Counselling
1- (A) Registration →Pay Registration Fee→Download Registration Slip→ Go to Verification Center (B) Registration→Pay Registration Fee→ If slip does not generate, then wait for payment updation. When payment is updated, then the slip will generate →Go to Verification Center.
Go to the verification centre and verify your academic documents and other relevant documents like reservation certificates etc.
Submit your CTS Bank DD at nodal verification centre, write your name, address, roll no. & mobile no. on the back of DD etc.
After document verification, fill in the choices and lock the alternatives; if you do not seal the options, you will not be considered for the seat allocation process.
After allotment in Government Medical/Dental College, go to allotted College for admission.
After allotment in Pvt, Medical/Dental College go to the nodal centre for admission.
The name of the nodal admission centre will be displayed on the allotment letter.
Counselling Procedure
Before we speak about the counselling procedure for Uttar Pradesh NEET 2021, Let us first have a look at the Type of NEET Counselling 2021 for state and AIQ quota.

Counselling Process (AIQ Quota)
Candidate applying for Medical/Dental Colleges in Uttar Pradesh must register themselves for the NEET counselling 2021. Counselling of NEET 2021 for All India Quota will be conducted in two rounds in online mode. The counselling will consist of these steps.
Candidate Registration: Register to the official website.
Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1): You have to choose the courses and colleges of your preference and finally lock-in the online portal’s preferences.
Seat Allotment Result (Round 1): The seat allotment will be published online based on available vacancies and candidate’s choices.
Reporting to college: Those who will be allotted a seat in the first round will be required to either reject the allotted seat or report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities.
New Registration (Round 2): For candidates who couldn’t register in the first round of counselling.
Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2): Similar to round 1 mentioned above.
Seat Allotment Result (Round 2): Similar to round 1 mentioned above.
Reporting to college (Round 2): Here, it is noted that those who will be allotted a seat in the second round of counselling (15% AIQ Quota) will not be permitted to vacate their seat orders made by the Supreme court of India.
The schedule for document verification for admission in Govt./Pvt medical/Dental colleges/Institutes/ Universities
Step 2: After opening the official website of MCC and click on ‘New Registration’
Step 3: The dashboard page of MBBS admissions will open in a new tab, and the candidates must click on ‘Sign Up’. Enter the ‘Registered Mobile Number, E-Mail and other details to create a login account on the official website. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete pre-registration and a login account will be created.
Step 4: Log on to the MCC website and click on ‘Candidate login’
Step 5: Enter your Roll Number and Password.
Step 6: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter details like Name, Roll No., Registration No., Mother’s Name, Contact No., etc. When you’re done, click on ‘Submit’.
Step 7: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to enter details like Name, Roll No, When you’re done, click on ‘Submit’.
Step 8: After this, you will be shown all your details as per the NTA database. Verify the information and click on ‘Confirm Registration’. A Registration Slip will be generated. Candidates are advised to save this page.
Step 9: After successful registration, candidates are asked to submit a refundable and non-refundable NEET 2021 counselling fee. For the UR Category fee is Rs. 1000 and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD fee is Rs. 500.
Step 10:Choice Locking facility is available for a specific time period
Step 11: Release of Seat Allotment Result It is released in the form of a list followed by the issue of seat allotment letter to the selected candidates. Candidates must report to the allotted colleges with the allotment letter and other documents to finish the admission process.
The candidates will have to pay the security money through a demand draft in favour of Director General, Medical Education & Training, UP. The Demand Draft will be payable at the nodal office in Lucknow. The security money will be returned to the candidates after the completion of the admission procedure in Medical College. The Security money will be paid at the time of the Document Verification. Below we have mentioned the College wise Security Money for MBBS Admission:

The applying seekers should have qualified the NEET Entrance Examination.
Aspirants must have the domicile of Uttar Pradesh
The applying seekers must have completed the 10+2 examination or equivalent examination from the recognized educational institution.
The applying seekers must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology and English are the compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks, 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates and 45% marks are for Physically Handicap candidates.

Selection Procedure
The Exam conducting authority will make the merit list of the selected candidates for the admission after the NEET State counseling.
Admission Seekers will be selected based on their rank obtained and choice filled during counseling.
Admission Seekers will have to report to the allotted college for admission along with all required documents.
If any student fails to report to the allotted college in any circumstances within the given time, the seat of this candidate will be forfeited.

Seat Allotment Process
The Uttar Pradesh NEET Counselling will be conducted in two rounds. The seat allotment and mop-up round process will be done separately for each round. the Seat allotment will be completely based on the merit rank and choices entered by candidates.
The Uttar Pradesh MBBS and BDS 2021 seat allotment result for Round I counselling will be held on. The Result of seat allotment would be published online on the official website of Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, UP.
Applying seekers who have been allotted seats in Round I will also be able to opt for up-gradation in Second Round. And in case the candidate gets an upgraded seat in seconds Round, the seat allotted in first Round will stand cancelled.
Cutoff
Aspirants are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2021 entrance examination in order to qualify for further admission process.
Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40thpercentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process.
Aspirants who belong to UR category are required to score equivalent to at least 50thpercentile
