A. The counselling of Tamil Nadu MBBS/BDS 2025 will be held online mode.
Q. Which is better 15% AIQ quota or state quota?
A. The All India Quota (AIQ) consists of 15% of the total seats in NEET UG, with the remaining 85% reserved for the state quota. The competition for the All India quota is fierce, as students from all over the country vie for admission to the most prestigious colleges. On the other hand, aspirants have a better chance of securing admission in a college with lower competition. The only limitation is that students must select a college within their home state. Therefore, depending on their aspirations and objectives, students can maximize their advantage in the admission process.
Q. When will the NEET UG Tamil Nadu Counselling process start?
A. The authority releases the online application forms.
Q. How many rounds are held for state quota seats?
A. State-level institutes carry out a total of four rounds to allocate admission to 85% of available seats. These rounds include Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. If all seats are filled after three rounds, the fourth round will not take place.

Q. Can I participate in the state quota as well as the AIQ quota?
A. Yes, Students are eligible to apply for both quotas. Initially, candidates must submit their applications for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, followed by the admissions for the state quota.
