The Haryana NEET UG Counselling is the centralised admission process for MBBS and BDS courses in the state’s government, private, and deemed medical and dental colleges. The process is managed by two main authorities, depending on the quota:

  • Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana: The nodal agency for the 85% State Quota seats, for which a Haryana domicile is mandatory. For the 2026-27 academic session, the DMER is expected to conduct counselling in four rounds.
  • Medical Counselling Committee (MCC): The apex body that conducts separate counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in all government medical colleges and 100% seats in central institutions (AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc.).

Prospective students must register separately on the MCC portal for AIQ and the DMER Haryana portal for the state quota
