Registration Steps

  3. Preview and final submit: Check your entries, then pay the counselling fee and security deposit.
  4. Choice filling: Fill, save, and lock your choices. Locking and unlocking need OTP authentication. Choices left unlocked are locked automatically after the deadline.
  5. Download the confirmation page, fee receipt, and choice slip.

An application form that isn’t finally submitted with payment is rejected.

  • Physical reporting is mandatory. A candidate who doesn’t report for verification, or reports but doesn’t take admission, loses the security deposit and the seat.
  • MBBS or BDS seat not joined: The candidate isn’t eligible for MBBS or BDS in later rounds, but can take part for B.V.Sc. and A.H. or B.F.Sc. with fresh payment.
  • Refund: Security deposits of candidates who get no seat, or who are admitted, are refunded after all rounds end.
  • No refund or chargeback of the counselling fee or deposit after submission, and applications can’t be withdrawn.

Check the Private College Fees

The board warns that private colleges charge high fees. Candidates must confirm the fee structure from the BCECEB website or the college before registering, and the board won’t entertain complaints about it.
