How to Resign Online
Eligible candidates must complete the following steps:
- Visit the official MCC counselling portal.
- Log in to the registered candidate account.
- Select the resignation or seat withdrawal option.
- Generate the online Seat Withdrawal Slip.
- Verify the details mentioned in the slip.
- Submit the resignation request within the notified window.
- Download and preserve the resignation letter or withdrawal slip.
The online-generated Seat Withdrawal Slip is mandatory. Merely intending to resign or informing the college will not be sufficient.
Security Deposit Rules
Candidates who complete the online resignation process by September 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM will not lose their security deposit.
However, resignations submitted after the deadline will be processed with forfeiture of the security deposit.
