SIMS campus is situated in Anwarpur village, Pilkhuwa, Hapur district. It is spread over sprawling 26 acres of land in a pollution-free and healthy environment around 60 Kms from New Delhi located on NH 24. The campus has several buildings to accommodate the Medical College, Hospital, Administrative Block, Residential quarters for teaching & Non teaching staff and Hostels for students (UGs and PGs) and interns. Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS Hapur) is a renowned and recognized institute in the field of medical education and research affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh (C.C.S.) University, Meerut. Initially, Medical Council of India/Government of India gave its approval to commence MBBS course with 150 students in year 2008, our 100 seats got recognized in the year 2013. In the present session i.e. 22-23 we have got approval for 50 additional M.B.B.S seats As of date, 500 students are pursuing MBBS course in addition to 120 interns in the campus. SIMS has also obtained permission for starting PG Courses since 2013-14 and is getting additional PG courses every year. At present, there are 29 sanctioned PG seats in the Preclinical, Paraclinical & Clinical departments. Right from the beginning of college, students of SIMS are securing top ranks in the University examinations. SIMS has been awarded ‘Best Medical College in Delhi-NCR’ by brands academy in March 2012.
Presently, SIMS has 21 departments including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT, General Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Skin & Veneral Diseases, TB & Chest, Anesthesiology, Radio-Diagnosis and Dental Surgery. SIMS has dedicated and renowned faculty in various departments. SIMS has more than 650 bedded hospital which has all the modern facilities and equipments to provide outstanding and affordable medical care in a patient-friendly environment. Hospital has OPD and IPD facilities for all the clinical specialties. The Hospital provides round-the-clock accident and trauma care. There are 11 major and 6 minor operation theatres, a well-equipped Labour room and Nursery Ward for premature babies. Besides these, there are 7 distinct ICUs for critically ill: (Medical, Cardiac, Surgical, Burn, Respiratory, Pediatric and Neonatal patients) which are fully equipped with all modern, sophisticated, therapeutic and monitoring equipments like Ventilators, Infusion Pumps, Phototherapy and Radiant Warmer units, Defibrillators, central gas and suction facilities with trained and qualified paramedical staff on duty 24X7. The Hospital provides modern diagnostic and therapeutic facilities such as MRI-1.5 TESLA, DSA, PCR, Spiral CT, Ultrasonography, Colour Doppler, TMT, ECHO, Endoscopy, Angiography, EEG, PFT, Sleep Study, NCV, EMG, VEP, BERA, Dialysis, Blood Bank etc. In addition to that the hospital also provides a platform for training of UG & PG students in various fields of medicine.

About Hospital
Saraswathi Hospital is a well-equipped Hosptial with all ultra model facilities. It is one of the biggest hospitals in and around Hapur. It has well maintained IPDs (In Patient Departments) & OPDs (Out Patient Departments) for all the departments viz. Medicine, Surgery, TB & Chest, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Psychiatry, Gynae Obst & Dentistry. The speciality clinics are run in all the departmental OPDs. Casualty
The casualty department of SIMS has a team of technical staff, doctors and nurses with expertise in trauma management. The department is open for patients 24 x 7. It has a facility of 26 beds, a treatment room, minor and major OT complex with cardiac monitor, mobile x-ray, pulse oximeter, defibrillator etc. Also, 24 x 7 ambulance service is available for patients.

The hospital has Four OPD rooms in all major departments like medicine, surgery, paediatrics, E.N.T, Ophthalmology, O.B.S & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics etc Facilities of Special Clinics like Diabetes, Spine, Immunization, Allergy and asthma clinic, Vertigo and headache clinic, Plastic surgery, Knee clinic, DOTS clinic, Drug deaddiction clinic, Suicide prevention clinic etc are also available in SIMS.
Critical Care Units
The critical care unit e.g. I.C.U., R.I.C.U., S.I.C.U., B.I.C.U., N.I.C.U., P.I.C.U are managed by a highly qualified team of surgeons and physicians for 24 hrs and are equipped with modern equipments. These critical care units have ventilated central monitoring systems individual monitor by each bed defibrillator incubator, phototherapy equipments, ventilators & warmers etc.

Blood Bank
The hospital has a licensed, modern state-of-the-art Blood Bank that functions 24 hours a day and provides facilities for blood donation, storage, and issue of whole blood and its components according to the need.
