OJEE MBBS/BDS 2026 Round 1 Reporting Schedule: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authority has released the Round 1 reporting schedule for provisional admission to MBBS and BDS courses through NEET UG Counselling 2026.
According to official Notice No. OJEE/0444, dated 25 August 2026, candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must report personally at the OJEE office in Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. They must appear on the date and time assigned to their allotted college and bring all original documents for verification.

The reporting venue for all candidates is the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. Reporting slots will generally be scheduled between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM or between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, depending on the allotted institution.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Allotted candidates must exercise the Freeze or Float option using their login ID before reporting.
- Admission fees must be paid online or via demand draft in favour of “OJEE,” payable at Bhubaneswar, with the candidate’s name, NEET application number, and date of birth mentioned on the back.
- Candidates opting for Freeze must bring the prescribed Bond in the format available on the official website.
- All original certificates, mark sheets, affidavits, and other required documents, along with one set of photocopies, must be carried at the time of reporting.
- Only the candidate or one guardian should visit the OJEE office to complete the provisional admission formalities.
- On submission of fees, Nativity Certificate, and CLC (College Leaving Certificate) in original, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter along with an acknowledgment of documents submitted.
- Candidates must not report directly to their allotted college at this stage and should wait until the entire counselling process is completed.
- Candidates who fail to report as per schedule will be treated as non-reported and their allotted seat will be cancelled, though they may participate in Round 2 by filling fresh choices.

The annual fee for government medical and dental colleges is:

NRI candidates admitted to private colleges may be required to pay four times the applicable fee. Any future fee revision ordered by the government will also apply to students.
What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Report?
Candidates who fail to report according to the allotted schedule will be treated as non-reported. Their Round 1 allotment may be cancelled.
Such candidates may be allowed to participate in Round 2 by submitting fresh choices, subject to the applicable counselling rules. Candidates who report and select Float may be considered for an upgrade in a later round.
After the Reporting Process
After the counselling and admission process is completed, OJEE will forward the list of admitted students and collected fees to the respective colleges. The institutions will then complete the remaining admission formalities.
Any eligible refund, including refunds arising from a shift from a private college to a government college in a later round, will be processed by OJEE according to the prescribed government procedure.
