The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has put out the Maharashtra NEET PG CAP Round 1 revised schedule 2026 for admission to postgraduate medical (MD/MS) courses. The revised dates appear in Notice No. 04 for NEET-PG-2026, dated 30 October 2026. They replace the CAP Round 1 dates announced earlier in Notice No. 01, dated 16 October 2026.

Key Points for Candidates
- Grievances: If you want a correction made, you must submit the necessary supporting documents. The notice says no changes will be made without them.
- Choice filling: Check the quota-wise fees before you fill in your choices.
- Physical joining: Report to the allotted college with all your original documents and the required fees. Fees can be paid by DD, cheque, or online.
- Cheque payments: A cheque is accepted only on bank holidays and has to be replaced with a DD on the next working day. The Marathi version of the notice adds that admission may be cancelled if the DD is not submitted on time.
Subsequent Rounds and Changes
The schedule for the later CAP rounds will be announced in due course. The CET Cell has also said the dates may change based on directions from the MCC, the Central Government, the State Government, or the Hon’ble Court.
