VTUEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must carefully review the VTUEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria before submitting the application form. Only applicants who satisfy the prescribed academic qualifications and age requirements will be considered for admission. Applications that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be rejected at any stage of the admission process. The maximum age limit is 25 years, while SC/ST/PwD candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation as per the university guidelines.

  • Applicants must score a minimum of 60% marks in MPC/BPC in the 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent exam.
  • Applicants who are willing to join for lateral B-Tech should have a Diploma in Engineering / Technology from the State Technical Education Board, Tamil Nadu, or its equivalent. OR
  • A Science Degree (B.Sc.) (10 + 2 + 3 streams) must be at the HSCC with mathematics as a subject. 

VTUEEE 2026 Application Form & fees

The VTUEEE 2026 Application Form can also be downloaded from the website, obtained by post, or manually from the university office. For both phases, the application forms will be available on December, 2025. Candidates are required to enter a valid mobile number and E-mail ID. 

  • VTUEEE 2026 Online Application Form: Candidates can visit www.veltechuniv.edu.in to apply online. The application fee can be paid through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, / Paytm Wallet. Application forms are also available on the Google Play Store.
  • VTUEEE 2026 Offline Application Form:  Candidate can send in a Demand draft for Rs.950/- drawn in favour of “ Veltech Dr RR & Dr SR University,” payable at Chennai Director – UG Admission, along with a requisition letter containing the full address of the applicant.

VTUEEE 2026 Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Candidates preparing for VTUEEE 2026 should understand the latest exam pattern before starting their preparation. Knowing the exam mode, marking scheme, question format, syllabus, duration and section-wise distribution helps students create an effective study plan and improve their performance in the entrance examination.

According to the VTUEEE 2026 Exam Pattern, the examination is conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode with a duration of 180 minutes. The paper consists of 90 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, carrying 4 marks each. A negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable for every incorrect answer. VTUEEE 2026 Admit Card

A VTUEEE 2026 admit card or hall ticket will be issued to the applicants who have registered for the VTUEEE exam and have paid the application fees along with it. The admit cards will be published and announced on the official website of the conducting authority, and the dates will be announced later on the official website. The admit card will be emailed to the applicant’s email ID or downloaded from the official website.

The student must log in to the VTUEEE website, click on the ‘Admit card’ link, enter their login details, and download the admit card or hall ticket. Students must carefully go through the information printed on the admit cards, such as the applicant’s name, exam date, venue, time, and contact details. Students must add a valid photo ID proof issued by India’s Government to the exam center. They must pin in a recent passport-sized photograph on the hall ticket as they uploaded it in the VTUEEE application form. Carrying a hall ticket is mandatory for all the selected students at the examination center. If not, the student will be restricted from taking up the examination without the admit card and any considerable ID proof.

In addition to VTUEEE 2026 admit card or hall ticket, the candidate shall also carry one more valid photo ID proof to prove their identity, such as:

VTUEEE 2026 Results & Score Card

The results of VTUEEE 2026 will be announced in both phases of the exam on the official website. If the candidates have taken the VTUEEE examination, they can look up their results. After the result’s declaration, they can also obtain ranks through the mail.

Applicants can verify their results using the exam application number and login credentials. Candidates can download the result. The result, as well as the merit list, will be released on the official website. The VTUEEE 2026 merit list can be viewed using the login credentials.

VTUEEE 2026 results and merit list include details such as student’s name, student’s VTUEEE registration number, roll number of the applicant, category-wise scores, and overall scores. VTUEEE 2026 Counselling & Admission

All the eligible applicants will need to access their counselling letter, which will have a timetable and process for counselling participation. Students have to enrol themselves and choose their desired courses during the counselling process. Later, the seats’ allocation will be made following the student’s merit and choice. For each round, the counselling process for VTUEEE 2026 will be done separately, and the applicants will be asked to verify their admission after allocating seats.

VTUEEE 2026 Exam Centers

Candidates are required to select the centers (PPT or CBT) most convenient to them. While every effort will be made to allow the center opted by the candidate, the University reserves its discretion to allot a center other than that of the candidate’s choice.
