The University is accepted by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The main aim of the university is to set benchmarks for international teaching through a system. Campus
The Campus of the University is located at Gomti Nagar Extension (Near Malhour Railway Station), Lucknow. The Campus is situated in an area of more than 40 acres. There are 215 modern air-conditioned classrooms that exist in the campus, spread across more than five academic blocks. In the university, there is an on-campus cafeteria and food courts. In the campus, a departmental store is also available.
Facilities
The University provides the facility of a central library (which is stocked with over 2 Lac books) and excellent Sports facilities. The University has laboratories (300 state-of-the-art labs) where students try and convey to apply what they have learned in theory. There is also a State-of-the-art auditorium with a maximum seating capacity of more than 3,500. The Amity University offers full hostel facilities for boys and girls separately on the campus.
