The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Courses (ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has put out the AIQ and state counselling schedule for PG 2026. Round 1 of Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026 begins on October 21 for MD, MS and Diploma seats. ACPPGMEC conducts the entire admission process online at medadmgujarat.org for 100% of PG seats in Gujarat, covering Government Quota (GQ), Management Quota (MQ) and NRI Quota (NQ).

Gujarat PG Admission Process
ACPPGMEC follows six steps for online admission:
- Online registration and document upload
- Document verification at the Help Centre
- Preparation and publication of the merit list by ACPPGMEC
- Online choice filling and allotment of admission
- Payment of tuition fees
- Original document submission at the Help Centre to confirm admission
Things Candidates Should Note
- Document verification at the Help Centre is done only against original documents from the first round onwards.
- DigiLocker documents and colour photocopies or printouts will not be accepted.
- Candidates must carry original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Candidates who fail to produce the originals will not be allowed to proceed with verification.
- Candidates who completed MBBS outside Gujarat must also submit the Class 12 marksheet.
- Admission to Gujarat PG seats happens only through ACPPGMEC, which conducts the entire process on merit.
- MCC’s AIQ Round 1 runs separately, with registration from October 12 and the result on October 24. Candidates taking part in both should track both schedules.
How to Take Part in Gujarat NEET PG Counselling 2026
- Visit the official ACPPGMEC website, medadmgujarat.org, and open the PG MD/MS/Diploma section.
- Check the notices for the merit list and the Round 1 choice-filling schedule.
- Log in with your registered credentials once the choice-filling window opens.
- Fill and lock your college and branch choices in order of preference.
- Check the allotment result and pay the tuition fee online.
- Report to the Help Centre with original documents to confirm admission.
