Maharashtra MBBS/BDS Stray Round 1 Selection List 2026 has been released. The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra, has published the provisional selection list for the Online Stray Vacancy Round 1 of MBBS and BDS admissions under NEET UG 2026-27. Candidates can now check their selection status, allotted college and admission details on the official counselling website.
The CET Cell has also released a separate list of candidates rejected because they did not upload and submit their documents within the scheduled time. Both lists are dated October 20, 2026.

What the Selection List Contains
The 603-page provisional selection list includes the following details for each selected candidate: [1007]
- Serial number, NEET All India Rank (AIR), NEET roll number and CET form number
- Name, gender and category
- Quota allotted
- Code and name of the college under “Current Selection Details”
Based on a review of the PDF, the list contains about 20,300 entries. The AIR of selected candidates ranges from 974 to about 11.9 lakh. Many entries show “(Ret.)” beside the college name, while some candidates carry earmarking tags such as EMD (donor) and EMR (receiver).
The list covers Maharashtra’s government and private medical and dental colleges. The most frequent entries are for NKP Salve Medical College (Nagpur), BJ Medical College (Pune), Government Medical College (Mumbai), Seth GS Medical College (Mumbai), Government Medical College (Nagpur) and Dr. Ulhas Patil Medical College (Jalgaon).

Important Instructions for Selected Candidates
- The list is a provisional selection list. Admission will be confirmed only after verification and submission of original documents, as per the candidate’s claim.
- The admitting institute will verify original documents and check eligibility according to the NEET UG 2026 brochure.
- Candidates must submit all original documents and pay the required fees at the selected college within the stipulated time; otherwise, the selection stands cancelled.
- Seat allotment has been conducted on seats approved or permitted by MCI, NMC and DCI.
- Candidates must fill the Status Retention Form at the college by 5:30 pm on October 21, 2026.
Rejected Candidates List
The CET Cell has released a 7-page list of rejected candidates who did not upload and submit their documents within the time period specified in the NEET UG 2026 schedule.
- The list names 309 candidates.
- It shows each candidate’s NEET AIR, roll number, CET form number, name, gender, category, NRI status and specified reservation.
- The AIR of these candidates runs from about 84,790 to about 12.4 lakh.
- Categories include Open, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, SEBC, NT and DT-VJ(A). Some entries carry flags such as Hilly Area, PWD, D1 and D2.
Candidates whose names appear in the rejected list should contact the State CET Cell through its official channels without delay to understand their position. The reviewed documents do not explain what happens next for these candidates.
