The Office of the Commissioner Medical Education, Bhopal, has released the tentative schedule for MP NEET PG Counselling 2026 Round 1. Registration is open from October 10 to October 20, 2026, until 12:00 midnight, for MD, MS, Post MBBS DNB and PG Diploma admissions in Madhya Pradesh.
The first-round allotment result is expected on October 29, 2026, followed by reporting and admission from October 30 to November 10, 2026, until 6:00 p.m.

Registration
Eligible NEET PG 2026 candidates can create a profile and register through the candidate login until October 20, 2026. The portal also allows candidates to edit their profile and registration details.
Choice Filling and Locking
Choice filling and locking will be available from October 24 to October 27, 2026, till 12:00 midnight. If a candidate edits choices through the login, they must lock the revised choices using OTP; otherwise, the earlier locked choices will be used for seat allotment.
Allotment, Reporting and Upgradation
Allotted candidates must report in person to their allotted college for document verification, admission and to exercise the upgradation option. The upgradation choice—YES or NO—is mandatory at admission, though candidates can edit it through their login until November 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Resignation Rules
Online resignation or cancellation at the college level is available from October 30 to November 10, 2026, till 6:00 p.m. According to the notice, the seat-leaving bond is not applicable on resignation.
Candidates should monitor the Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh website, as the schedule is tentative and may be revised.
