ACPUGMEC, Government of Gujarat, has started online registration for the 4th online (Stray Vacancy) round of MBBS and BDS admission 2026-27. Registration opened on October 14, 2026 and closes on October 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Candidates can apply through the official website, www.medadmgujarat.org.
The committee has released a list of 231 vacant seats for this round. The seats are for the first year of undergraduate medical and dental courses in government, grant-in-aid and self-financed colleges.

Help centres work Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; they are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Who Can Register?
Registration and document upload are open only for:
- Candidates who did not register in Round 1, Round 2 or Round 3.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not confirm admission and exited with forfeiture of the refundable security deposit, provided they did not register in Round 3.
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3, or whose admission was confirmed in Rounds 1, 2 or 3, cannot participate in the fourth round.
Eligibility
Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream with B or AB group from the Gujarat Board, or from a Gujarat school affiliated to CBSE, CISCE, Cambridge University or NIOS. They must also hold a NEET UG 2026 all-India rank and meet the eligibility rules of the Gujarat Health and Family Welfare Department and the respective council.

The PIN can be purchased online at www.medadmgujarat.org. NRI candidates must also submit a Rs. 10,000 demand draft in favour of ACPUGMEC, payable at Gandhinagar, at the ACPUGMEC office in GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.

The list covers 23 medical colleges and 13 dental colleges. Colleges with the largest vacancies include Narendra Modi Medical College, Ahmedabad (19 MBBS Management Quota seats), Zydus Medical College, Dahod (14), Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad (14 Government Quota), College of Dental Science and Hospital, Amargadh (23 BDS Government Quota) and Ahmedabad Dental College, Bhadaj (13).

- Visit www.medadmgujarat.org.
- Buy the PIN online before 12:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026 by paying Rs. 11,000.
- Complete online registration before 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026.
- Print the registration slip and book a prior appointment at a Help Centre.
- Visit the Help Centre on October 16, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with self-attested photocopies of documents.
- NRI candidates must submit the Rs. 10,000 demand draft at the ACPUGMEC office in Gandhinagar.
