There is an Academic Programme Committee with the Principal of KIMS as its Chairman. This Committee coordinates the administration of the academic programme and optimum utilization of resources. The Committee meets as and when required, but at least once during every six months. The Chairman of the Committee convenes the meeting.

KIMS offers MD MS course at the Postgraduate level. Admission is purely on merit based on NEET PG.
