The MGM Central Medical Library is located on the 2nd floor of the MGM Medical College building with 16000 square feet of floor space. Since 2014, MGM Central Library website has been dedicated. The library is open from 08.00 to 22.00 hours on Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and holidays, library users are only offered reading room facilities starting at 10.00 hours up to 18.00 hrs. The library is closed on national and some local holidays. The library had a collection of 22600 documents, including 20087 books, 2513 reference books, 9428 bound journals and 720 dissertations. The library has subscribed to 126 with 50 international and 76 national intellectual periodicals.
Lecture Hall
MGM Medical College provides formal learning with specialized classrooms that can seat more than 200 students in large classrooms and 40 students in small classrooms. Classroom walls are designed to prevent sound penetration from nearby areas. Classrooms are well-ventilated and fitted with standard overhead LCD projectors and chalk boards fitted to the ceiling, white screen and voice reinforcement with well-spaced seating arrangements. Hostel
The MGM Medical college hostel has separate hostels for girls and boys with modern facilities for boarding and other recreational activities. Hostels have their own mess to provide good and healthy food for students. Accommodation will be provided for who will enter into the first arrival at the hostel. It offers good accommodation with a clean environment and nutritious food. All students must use college transportation or stay in a hostel. This facility helped to start the classes on time and thereby facilitate the educational process.
Cafeteria and Mess
Since the inception of the College in 2003, the canteen has been operating effectively. The canteen is located within the college. Food is provided to hostels and day carers by ensuring food safety and quality. Currently the college has 130 students in two hostels. They will be served three meals a day, bed coffee and evening tea / coffee. The waste recycling plant was installed for removing the waste on the premises for canteen waste utilization. Only one common catering facility (canteen facility) will be provided on campus for daily scholars, hostels, college guests, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
