How to Apply for NEET MDS 2026

The provided steps outline the NEET MDS 2026 application process:

  • Step-1: Go to the NEET MDS portal link (link is available above).
  • Step-2: Register by entering required details to receive a user ID & Password via SMS and email.
  • Step-3: Log in to the application portal and fill in details such as personal, academic, and contact information.
  • Step-4: Ensure to upload scanned images of your photographsignature and thumb impression.
  • Step-5: Next, choose the preferred test city and proceed to pay the application fee using prescribed gateways.

NEET MDS 2026 Application Correction

An edit window will be available till 6th April 2026 for applicants to rectify errors in their applications. Candidates will be allowed to edit any information except name, test city, nationality, mobile number and email ID furnished in application form.

NEET MDS 2026 Admit Card

NEET MDS 2026 admit card will be released on 29th April 2026. Students will be able to download their hall tickets, which will contain crucial exam details such as exam name, center, reporting time & date, instructions etc.

Below are a few essential pointers about the dress code for NEET MDS 2026:

NEET MDS 2026 Dress code for males:

  • Try to wear simple pants/shirts.
  • Full-sleeves shirts/T-shirts are not permitted.
  • Clothes should not have pockets, zips, big buttons, layers etc.
  • Avoid layering your clothing.
  • Kurtas and pyjamas should be avoided.
  • Footwear should be simple. Boots, shoes or any concealing/covered footwear are not permitted.
  • You can opt for light slippers/sandals.

NEET MDS 2026 Dress code for females:

  • Wear half-sleeved Kurtis/shirts
  • Long and fancy sleeves of any design are not allowed.
  • Please keep it simple. Avoid embroidery, frills, layering with different pieces.
  • Avoid all jewellery both metallic and non-metallic
  • Fancy footwear is not permitted in the exam hall. Avoid boots, heels, stilettos, shoes.
  • Opt for slippers or open sandals

  • A stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Pen, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.
  • Communication devices like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, etc.
  • Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap Watch/Wrist Watch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.
  • Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, tea, coffee, cold drinks, etc.
  • Any other item that could be used for unfair means is hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc.
  • Candidates with diabetes can carry eatables (with prior intimation) like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) and transparent water bottle. However, they will not be allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/ candy/sandwich.

NEET MDS 2026 Result

NEET MDS result 2026 will likely be declared after the conclusion of entrance exam. Applicants will be able to access their results/scorecards by 2nd June 2026 through online mode on the website of NBE. 

Students should visit the portal and login to access their NEET MDS 2026 result. Qualified students will only be invited to participate in the counseling process for admission to MDS programmes.

NEET MDS 2026 Cut Off

NEET MDS cut off 2026 will be determined by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the Dental Council of India (DCI). It will be announced by the board on 31st May 2026.

The cut off for NEET MDS 2026 exam will be decided based on a number of factors which may include, number of students appearing for exam, number of seats available for allotment, reservation, cut off trends etc.

NEET MDS 2026 Counselling

Candidates who will clear the entrance exam with minimum scores must participate in the NEET MDS counselling process 2026. The board will organise the counselling sessions for shortlisted applicants in second week of June 2026. A separate schedule for different quotas will be released by the board.

The counselling procedure will be organised via online mode only in different rounds. Seat allotment will depend upon the candidate’s rank in the NEET MDS 2026 exam. During counseling, applicants must bring original documents for verification as seats will be assigned  only after verification.
