Admission Steps
Candidates who froze their Round 3 seat must complete these steps:
- Log in to the HNBUMU website using the NEET roll number and date of birth.
- Download the allotment letter.
- Accept the offer and upload mandatory documents.
- Wait for online document verification by the allotted college.
- Pay the advance tuition fee online after verification.
- Download the fee receipt and freeze confirmation slip.
- Report to the allotted college with the receipt and original documents.
- Pay the balance tuition and other fees directly to the college.
- Collect the admission letter from the college.
Advance Tuition Fee For Round 3
The advance tuition fee must be paid online through net banking, debit card, credit card or an online bank-transfer challan.

Admission, caution, mess, hostel and sports fees are payable directly at the allotted institute.
Documents to Carry
Candidates must report with original documents:
- Allotment letter copy and proof of advance tuition-fee payment
- Class 10 certificate as age proof; Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and result/rank letter issued by NTA
- Uttarakhand category certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable; OBC must be NCL and valid on admission date
- FF, Orphan, DPW or PwBD sub-category certificate, if applicable
- PwBD certificate from an NMC-designated Medical Board, if applicable
- Uttarakhand domicile certificate, if applicable
- Valid photo ID: Aadhaar, passport, PAN or driving licence
- Notarised affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper
- Any additional document required by the allotted college
Only certificates issued on or before October 5, 2026 will be accepted. A certificate stating that originals are deposited with another institute will not be accepted for admission.
Important Rules for Round 3
- No float option: Candidates can only choose Freeze; if Freeze is not selected, the allotment is treated as cancelled.
- Seat cancellation: Freezing a seat without completing admission cancels the seat.
- Document deadline: If documents are unavailable by October 16 or the candidate is ineligible, the seat is cancelled immediately.
- Provisional allotment: The allotment depends on the details filled during online application.
- NRI candidates: NRI-category candidates must upload NRI-related documents online and pay all fees at the allotted institute.
- No separate call letter: All updates will be published only on the HNBUMU website.
