HNBUMU, Dehradun, has released the Uttarakhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3 admission procedure and advance tuition-fee details for candidates who have frozen their allotted MBBS or BDS seat. Candidates must upload documents by October 15, 2026, 5:00 p.m., and complete reporting at the allotted college by October 16, 2026.
The notice applies to State Centralised Counselling candidates. All updates will be published only on the official website, www.hnbumu.ac.in; no separate call letter will be issued.

Only certificates issued on or before October 5, 2026 will be accepted. Certificates issued after this date are not valid for Round 3 admission.
Round 3 Admission Procedure
Candidates with a frozen seat must complete the following steps:
- Log in to the HNBUMU website using the login ID.
- Download the allotment letter and accept the offer.
- Upload all mandatory documents.
- Wait for online verification by the allotted college.
- Pay the advance tuition fee after verification.
- Download the advance fee receipt and freeze confirmation slip.
- Report to the allotted college with the fee receipt and original documents.
- Pay the balance tuition fee and other applicable fees directly to the college.
- Collect the admission letter from the college.
Advance Tuition Fee
The advance tuition fee must be paid online only through net banking, debit card, credit card or an online bank-transfer challan.

Balance tuition, admission, caution, hostel, mess and sports fees must be paid directly to the allotted institute.
Documents Required
Candidates must report personally with these original documents:
- Allotment letter copy
- Proof of advance tuition-fee payment
- Class 10 certificate as age proof
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and result/rank letter issued by NTA
- Uttarakhand-issued SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate, if applicable; OBC must be NCL and valid on admission date
- FF, Orphan, DPW or PwBD sub-category certificate, if applicable
- PwBD certificate from an NMC-designated Medical Board, if applicable
- Ward of Kashmiri Migrants certificate, if applicable
- Uttarakhand domicile certificate, if applicable
- Valid photo ID: Aadhaar, passport, PAN or driving licence
- Notarised affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper
- Any additional document required by the allotted college
- Payment for remaining tuition, hostel and other fees
Candidates whose original documents are deposited with another institute and who bring only a certificate stating this will not be allowed admission.
Key Rules
- No float option: Only the Freeze option is available. If a candidate does not choose Freeze, the allotment is automatically cancelled.
- Seat cancellation: Freezing a seat without completing admission at the college cancels the seat.
- Document verification: If documents are unavailable by October 16 or the candidate is found ineligible, the seat is cancelled immediately.
- Provisional allotment: Allotment is provisional and based on details submitted in the online application.
- NRI candidates: NRI-category candidates must upload NRI-related documents online and pay all tuition and other fees at the allotted institute.
- Eligibility proof: Only certificates listed in the Information Bulletin are valid; affidavits or undertakings cannot replace certificates.
How to Complete Admission
- Visit www.hnbumu.ac.in and log in.
- Download and accept the allotment letter.
- Upload mandatory documents before October 15, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
- Pay the advance fee after online verification and download the receipt and freeze confirmation slip.
- Report to the allotted college by October 16, 2026, with originals, pay the balance fee and collect the admission letter.
