    Delhi NEET Counselling Eligibility Criteria

    Age LimitThe candidates should have completed 17 years on or before 31st December 2023. The candidates meeting 17 on 1st January 2023 or later on will not be eligible for admission, i.e., the candidate must be born on or before 31.12.2004.
    Qualifying examinationi) The educational qualification for admission is as per NEET conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Further, to become eligible for 85% Delhi Quota, the candidate must have passed the 11th and 12th standard examination under the 10+2 system conducted by CBSE/Indian school certificate examination/Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi or any other equivalent examination from a recognized school situated within the NCT of Delhi only.
    ii) The Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from Patrachar Vidyalaya or National Institute of Open Schooling will be eligible for admission in MBBS/BDS courses under 85% Delhi Quota, provided their study centre with the examination Center is within the (NCTD). In this regard, they must upload a certificate from the controlling authority of Prachar Vidyalaya/NIOS.
    Entrance ExamThe candidates who do not qualify for the NEET-UG-2023 Examination conducted by NTA
    are not eligible.
    Medical FitnessThe candidate should be medically fit for the course.

    Delhi NEET Counselling 2023

    To participate in NEET 2023 Delhi State Counselling, candidates must register. The DU NEET counselling for 85% of the Delhi Quota will be conducted online by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Candidates are required to meet all the registration requirements specified by MCC.     • The counseling for medical programs will be conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee, under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Candidates are strongly advised to refer to the MCC website for the latest updates and information regarding the counseling process.
    • The leftover seats MCC provides will be filled up through the final/stray round of counselling as and when notified.

    Important NOTE: Candidates participating in the final/stray round of counseling and receiving admission in such a round must personally present their original certificates. Once they accept the seat, they will not have the option to surrender it, and no additional time for joining will be provided.

    How to Apply

    • Step I: Visit the official website of MCC and click on ‘New Registration’.
    • Step 2: Log on to the MCC website and click ‘Candidate login’.
    • Step 3: Enter your Roll Number and Password.
    • Step 4:  You will be redirected to a new page where you must enter details like Name, Roll No, Registration No., Mother’s Name, Contact No., etc. When you’re done, click on ‘Submit’.
    • Step 5: After this, you will be shown all your details per the NTA database. Verify the information and click on ‘Confirm Registration. A Registration Slip will be generated. Candidates are advised to save this page.
