SNAP Selection Procedure 2026 Group Exercise

There are two phases in the Group Exercise (GE) round. Each group is given a puzzle to solve within a set time limit in the first step. This exercise aims to see how well candidates can work together to plan and strategize. Here one has to demonstrate leadership abilities and teamwork.

The candidates will be divided into groups and each group will be given a different topic to discuss in the second phase of the GE. They get five minutes to think of points relevant to the subject before presenting. The valuable skills here are the ability to communicate, think clearly, and persuade others.

Personal Interview SNAP 2026 Selection Process

During this round, candidates will be asked a variety of questions related to their personal and professional aspirations, such as “Why pursue an MBA?”, “Where do you see yourself in the next five years?”, and “How would you rate your leadership skills?” This part of the SNAP selection process evaluates a candidate’s communication, problem-solving abilities, and overall personality.

Written Ability Test SNAP Selection Process

In this round, candidates are required to write a short essay on a given topic, or sometimes, they are shown a video and asked to create a narrative based on it. This round assesses candidates’ analytical thinking, interpretive abilities, and how effectively they can structure their thoughts in writing.
